Activity 1
Learning Objective: Understand and use the vocabulary related to volume of liquid.

Learning Outcome : By the end of lesson, pupils will be able to use the vocabulary
                                related to volume of liquid in practical contexts.                        
Prior Knowledge:
Pupils had learnt how to compare objects: more or less, many or a few, high or low during their previous lesson while learning A Whole Numbers.

Teaching Aids:
Three similar size recycle drinking plastic glasses, two jugs of syrup and worksheets.

Vocabulary:
more, less, empty, half full, full,

Procedures:

1. One of the pupils hold up the three recycles drinking plastic glasses.
2. Asks the pupils to tell the similarities between three glasses.
3. Introduce the vocabulary of empty, half full and full.
4. As teacher introduces the vocabulary, teacher pours syrup into the glasses accordingly.
5. Have some students come out to the paste the vocabulary according the glasses.(low achiever   
    students)
6. Have some students come out to fill the glasses according by vocabulary. ( high achiever students)


7. Ask students arrange the glasses the order from empty to full.




8. Ask students compare which is less and which is more.
Glass A has ________________________syrup than Glass B.
Glass B has ________________________syrup than Glass C. 
9. Give the worksheet to pupils to do it.




10. Conclusion
    Teacher asks the student to answer the questions with the pictures below.
